 Booking Terms and Conditions

 Booking confirmation:

Please confirm receipt of this confirmation via email, in order to verify your personal details and the correct dates of your stay.

Once confirmed, your booking process will be complete.


Official identification:

Please send us an official ID (INE or passport) along with your confirmation.

A copy of each adult guest's identification will be taken at check-in.

Sending it in advance will expedite your registration.


 Guarantee and additional charges: A form of payment will be required as a guarantee for additional charges.

 Schedules

 Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM (60-minute grace period free of charge)


 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Fee applies, subject to availability

Cancellation and Payment Policies

  •  Special dates (Easter, summer holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.):
  • A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on reservations.


  •  Conventional dates: cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges.
  • No show (no arrival): the full amount of the first night's stay will be charged.


General Policies

  • No pets allowed.
  • A child under 10 years old can stay at no extra cost sharing a room with their parents.
  • All our rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include taxes.
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and enclosed areas.
  • Respect for the historic building and the natural environment is essential: nailing, breaking, uprooting plants, or altering structures or furniture is not allowed.
